Production Team Member

Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager, this position exists to prepare quality hot/cold food items for catered functions following established recipes and food safety guidelines.

Employees in this position will:

  1. Prepares food and beverages for corporate catering and special events under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.
  2. Complies with regulatory requirements related to food handling and assists with the care and maintenance of the equipment.
  3. Maintains a clean sanitary preparation and production environment.
  4. Coordinates with other staff to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  5. Performs other duties as requested.


  1. High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  2. Thorough knowledge of baking, cooking, salad preparation and food storage of required. Previous Catering experience preferred.

Serve Safe Certification or similar sanitary certification/training required
