Catering Production & Delivery Team Member

We’re looking for experienced catering food service professionals to join our team. Based out of Grapevine, TX we’ve been serving the Dallas Fort Worth area for 20 years and looking for 2 Catering Production Team members to join our team to create and deliver our daily office catering and special event orders. Potential for a full time position is possible depending on performance. As a part of the Production team, you will need to be able to:

1. Work set and varied schedules. Some early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends may be required

2. Lift/carry as much as 50 lbs., stand, reach, stoop, push, pull, bend and work in numerous environments which can be cool, warm, dry etc. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time

3. Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance and be able to read maps

4. Obtain certified Food Handlers permit as required by the City

5. Previous Catering production and/or delivery experience preferred

Duties

1. Prepare food, beverage, equipment and supplies for catering orders following standard recipes and procedures as directed by our General Manager

2. Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures at all times and perform duties as required

3. Assemble, deliver and set up all food, beverage, equipment and supplies for catered functions to their locations as scheduled and on time. Deliveries can be to buildings, homes, or other venues.

4. If scheduled to return and clean up, you will return, clean up, collect all equipment and supplies, return to our facility, clean up and store or restock as appropriate.

5. Be a team player and help where needed
