Special Event Catering Wait Staff Positions
Work as much as you want or as little as you want as a special event bartender or as part of our catering wait staff team! We are looking for a minimum of 10 on-call Special Event Wait Staff and Bartenders to work and serve our catered events. We go to all the popular venues in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, along with serving in many corporate offices, private homes, and school campuses. Most events are indoors however there are some that will be hosted at outside locations. Special Event details and responsibilities are outlined on our Special Event Game Plan which will be sent to you prior to any event you would work.
Special Event Catering Wait Staff
Special Events and catered banquets occur during the day, at night and on weekends, so please indicate your specific availability. Banquet Wait Staff work an average of 6-8 hours per event with a minimum of 4 hours, and offers above average pay.
Professional attire is required and typically consists of black slacks, black dress shirt, black rubber soled, leather topped shoes. Specific attire will be indicated per event.
Requirements
Previous Special Event Banquet Experience
Reliable transportation
Superior customer service skills
Be able to lift more than 20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Speak fluent English
Must work well as a team member and assist where needed
Must have a reliable method of communication – email, text or phone
Duties can include loading equipment, food and beverage, delivering and unloading all, setting up buffet tables and/or banquet tables, placing food on buffet tables, or pre-plating meals and serving. At the end of the event, you will assist with the breakdown of the event, returning all items back to Aspen Catering and possibly cleaning up depending on your assigned responsibilities. Assignments are communicated on our Event Game Plan which is distributed to you prior to any event.
Special Event Bartenders
Be a part of our on-call Catering Event Service Bartending Staff working our catered events throughout the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex. Events occur during the day, at night and on weekends, so please indicate your specific availability. (For example: no Fridays but anytime Saturday or Sunday)
Bartenders work an average of 6-7 hours per event with a minimum of 4 hours, and offers above average pay. Assignments are communicated on our Event Game Plan which is distributed to you prior to any event.
Requirements
Valid TABC Certificate
Previous Special Event Catering Bartending Experience
Reliable transportation

Know how to prepare the beverages being served at the event
Must work well as a team member and assist where needed
Must have a reliable method of communication – email, text or phone
Duties include arriving at the event location prior to serving time, setting up the bar, icing down beverages, setting out glasses and professionally serving guests as indicated on the Event Game Plan based on the beverages being offered.

Schedules are filled on a fist-to-respond basis and communicated by the reliable method of communication you provide us.
