For over 25 years, we have been serving all-sized businesses and organizations and people celebrating weddings and other milestone events in the DFW metroplex for their catering and event services needs. Our company has a reputation for excellence and is known for our exceptional fresh food and event services, customized menus (including those accommodating dietary restrictions), event venue relationships, promptness and high quality, personalized service. Our Team

GET TO KNOW OUR STAFF
Pam

Pam is the woman behind this woman-owned business. Having over 40 years (and she doesn’t want to admit it) of food service management experience and a B.S. degree in Dietetics & Food Service Management, her dream was to have her own catering business. After years of planning, Aspen Catering was born. Starting Aspen Deli in 1997 to have a corporate catering business, she developed our menus, introduced freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts to the deli menu, and then added a complete hot meal menu. Aspen Deli moved to a larger facility six years later, which became Aspen Catering. She designed all our processes and procedures and took our menu from sandwich trays and box lunches to full-service events, serving groups from 8 to 1,200! She manages our new menu items, numerous corporate accounts, and custom menus.

Robin

Robin is our General Manager and has been with Aspen Catering since day one. She’s done it all with her 30+ years of restaurant management experience! She’s cooked, sliced, diced, and prepared almost everything on our menu and now manages our production team. She also manages all our purchasing and receiving and works closely with our chef to explore new and better ingredients, recipes, and production-related methods.

Marc

Marc is our miracle manager, who is nicknamed “Superman.” He can be everywhere and anywhere at any time and performs delivery miracles only he can do. He’s been with Aspen Catering for 20+ years, so he knows the ins and outs of just about any office building in town and can set records for delivering and setting up business catering orders and special events. He manages our delivery staff and vehicle schedules and, using his accounting background also manages accounts receivables. And when he’s not doing all of that, he processes our payroll, and that responsibility makes him a favorite to everyone on our team.

Scott

Scott heads up all of our bar services, and TABC permits for all our special event catering, which includes beer, wine, spirits, and signature drinks. He also manages our Concessions Services for the Charles W. Eisemann Center for Preforming Arts and Corporate Presentations in Richardson, Texas.

Kim

Kim is our Business Development and Marketing Manager. She drives business growth for Aspen Catering by identifying and building relationships with new clients and developing and implementing our marketing strategies. She has over 25 years of successful sales and business development experience, accelerating the growth of chambers of commerce and businesses in service industries. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and professional in all she does.

Melanie

Melanie is our Special Event Manager who takes your event details and creates the magic your event deserves to provide a well-executed event. She coordinates event staffing, bartenders, bar service, party rentals, and the equipment needed to serve your event. With her several years of experience, she leaves no detail behind. We’re fortunate to have her!

Kris

Kris has done a remarkable job heading up our deli area. She’s all about presentation and freshness, so you can be sure anything she prepares will be the best quality and look great, too. She oversees all our cold food prep, from box lunches to party trays and desserts, and researches for new items to add to our menu.

Michael

Michael helps with deliveries, hot food prep, event service, and other duties. No matter what he’s doing, he’s always polite, professional, prompt, and willing to do whatever is asked of him.  He also assists our Concession Services when needed, so he’s a multi-talented contributor to our team.
