I am responsible for feeding approx. 300 people from 15 different cultures during special events. The various dietary restrictions used to drive me crazy. Aspen Catering helped me sort out the issues, recommended substitutions for certain meals, and make my job a “piece of cake.” The food options will meet any customer needs. Additionally, people rave about the fresh baked bread and the portion sizes.

First, I’d just like to thank you so much for everything you did to make our Christmas party a huge success! The food was terrific, and Mark and Chris were just superb. Mark stepped in at every opportunity to help with things, including the gift exchange, and everyone loved his personality and wit. Chris was always picking up, tidying up, refilling glasses, making sure everyone was taken care of and that Larry & I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I’m sure you heard about the centerpiece in the dining room that caught on fire; well, Marc & Chris were among the few who took control of the blazing centerpiece, taking it outside and dousing the fire before it did any damage inside our new home. In fact, had it not been for them, it would have been quite a catastrophe.
So all to say, they went above and beyond the call of duty and when the party finally came to an end, we looked around and they had cleaned up the kitchen, all the glassware, and wrapped and organized the leftovers. Wow. Perfect.

The food was one of the biggest hits of the fair- I cannot express how excited employers were when we told them what we were having for lunch, as some people had been coming to our fairs for years and were probably very, very, very weary of “the other guy’s” box lunches. The presentation of the food was so professional, and the food was phenomenal- people were raving. I personally had seconds on the Chicken Primavera!
We were able to invite some folks from Facilities and Police department to come over and help themselves, as they do so much for our campus, often with so little credit
So to say I was pleased and impressed with the food and the ordering is an understatement. Making the reservation made my job easier and everything was so good, I felt like the “star” of the day.
Thanks to all at Aspen for helping to make this event so successful. You definitely have our return business and fantastic praise to all of my colleagues who are planning their events.

Hi Pam,
Just got back to PA the middle of this week and I am still smiling about Devra’s wedding. ..the most important thing of all – Devra’s words to me as she left the wedding were “It was perfect, Mom” and Matt echoed the same feeling. It was the wedding my daughter wanted and your staff helped that happen.
I knew that day when we met with you that you were the answer to all my worries, and I was right!!!!! You told me when we talked right before the wedding to relax and enjoy it and I did. By the time I got to the venue, your staff had everything under control. They were so professional and friendly and fun, and everyone loved the 2 bartenders. One guest was amazed that what he wanted was waiting for him by the time he got to the bar and they kept my glass full of Diet Coke all night. Those 4 just took care of everything and it was wonderful!
Thank you so much for all your input, suggestions and help. Thanks too for being willing to work with another caterer, something that I am sure not everyone would do. We appreciate the extra little things, like tying the napkins with twine to match her theme and the brown table cloth on the appetizer table. The signature drink was a success. Truly – everything was just perfect!! Wish I had another event to cater so I could use you and your staff again!
