Whether it is a casual get together, a 4-day meeting, or a VIP special event, our Aspen team has helped plan and served them all.  

Ordering

For what types of meetings and events do you cater?   

We provide corporate and special events catering, including wedding receptions, and bar services

1,500+

We appreciate orders for 8 or more on most hot items. Cold and box lunches have no minimum.

We can accommodate almost all dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free and dairy free.

We appreciate 48 hours’ notice on corporate office catering.
For special events, confirmation 4 weeks ahead is ideal, but we can handle most events with 2 weeks’ notice.

We customize orders all the time. With enough notice, we can more than likely prepare what you want, if you don’t see it on our menus.

Yes, we deliver all over the entire DFW Metroplex.

Bar Services

Are you licensed to sell and serve alcohol?

Yes, we have a Mixed Beverage Permit issued by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) that is valid wherever we serve.

Yes, all our bartenders are TABC certified.

According to our TABC License, any drinks we serve must be consumed “on premise”, or in the same place it was served. The TABC prohibits the distribution of any remaining alcohol to anyone.

Event Staff

Do you have people who will come set up, serve and clean up my order the food and bar services I ordered?

For special events, that is included with your order.
For corporate catering, we can arrange to do that for an additional fee.

Event Rentals

Do you provide event rentals- including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings, if the venue does not?

Yes, and set up and take down are included with the delivery.
