Just tell us how many people you’re expecting and when you’re getting married, and we can recommend the venues, take you there, and show you around.

This goes without saying. We’ve got all the food and beverage choices you can imagine. Share your dream menu with us, or let us create the perfect menu for you. Either way, it will be created with the best quality food, professionally prepared and beautifully presented.

Professional Service Staff
Our professional event staff have years of wedding reception experience and will pamper your guests with the service you expect. From the reception setup to the cleanup, they’ll take care of every little detail. We take on the work and worry while you enjoy your guests on this extraordinary day!

Event Staff is quoted by the hour, with an average reception using 8 hours. The time needed depends on what you need us to do, where the venue is, and what level of service you want. Most wedding receptions require at least 1 to 1-1/2 hours of set up so every detail is taken care of. It will be the center of plenty of photographs so that you wouldn’t want it any other way.

Besides setting up your food and beverages, you can also ask us to arrange things like:

Placing Your Table Centerpieces (or order them through us)

Prepare Guest Giveaways (like bubbles, confetti, rose petals, sparklers etc.)

Decorating the Venue

Putting out Place Cards or Reserved Signs for Guests of Honor

Certified Bartenders

Our professional bartending team has years of event experience serving hundreds of guests with alcoholic beverages from your selected choices. Aspen Catering is TABC-licensed, and our bartenders are TABC-certified. They are trained to manage any alcohol you’ve agreed to provide and, for your protection, will control how much is consumed and avoid over-serving guests, creating reduced liability for you.

We can also provide Event Staff and Bartenders separate from our catering. If you’re in need of event staff for a reception that you, family members and friends are providing the food, we can be there to serve your guests in style.
